Description
Three (3) Mobile Welding Machines and Three (3) Trailers The requirement consists of 3 welding machines and 3 trailers. The requirement consists of a mobile, engine driven welding system with true DC constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) output across all welding processes, enabling immediate transition between Stick, MIG, flux-cored, and DC TIG welding without external modules, manual reconfiguration, or performance degradation. The required system must provide simultaneous, independent weld output and high-capacity generator power without derating, allowing welding operations to continue uninterrupted while supporting auxiliary equipment. The welder must also support air carbon arc gouging with 3/16- inch electrodes and provide high open- circuit voltage for reliable arc starts over extended lead lengths. Generator output required 12,000 peak watts/10,000 watts continuous with 1-phase, 120/240VA & 50hz capability. Additionally, the welder must be diesel powered.
