Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with PREMIER & COMPANIES, INC., CAGE 3Z0C0, SECAUCUS, NJ. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). Item/Service Description: 1.) 12,390 Ea. KIND Breakfast Protein Bar - Almond Butter 2.) 12,360 Ea. KIND Breakfast Protein Bar - Dark Chocolate Cocoa All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications therein.
