Description
The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corpos of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 1,750 usuable square feet of retail space located at Richmond, VA within the radius shown below: Northern Boundry: Highway 295 Eastern Boundary: Highway 33 Western Boundary: Pump Road Southern Boundary: State Route 6 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION: James Cheatham by email at James.A.Cheatham@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 1:59PM EST on 3/11/2026. This solicitation will terminate immediately if funds do not become available by the due date of this notice.
