Small Barge/Handi FlatsThe Operations Section of the US Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District is solicitating a Handi-Flat Work Barge for use on the Mississippi River Locks and Dams. Quantity is for two (2) units, with a bid option for a third unit. Must include delivery to Fountain City Service Base in Fountain City, WI. See attached scope of work for exact specs of the vessels.
