Description
The VISN 04, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source award under the authority of FAR 12.102-1 for Blood Products. Award shall be with Vitalant of 9305 E Via De Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Simplified acquisition procedures shall be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm priced, indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity for a three-year period. The NAICS code is 621991.
