NOTE: The PID/Drawing data was deleted in error from cFolders. DLA is working to remedy this error. Additional information will be provided upon receipt. Responses to questions have been attached to this announcement and below: Are offerors eligible to receive awards under both HARC and HARDD contracts, or is there a restriction limiting award to only one of the two vehicles? Yes, offerors are elligible to receive awards under both HARCD and HARDD Can the Government provide an estimated Annual Demand Frequency (ADF) for the items included in this solicitation to assist with forecasting and resource planning? Estimated Annual Quantity for each year is listed in Attachment 2 of the RFP. Does the buyback provision apply exclusively to NSNs designated as inventory items, or does it also extend to items procured to meet minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements? For Q3: buyback applies to inventory only. There are no minimum buys for these items. The PEL and Past Demand sheets do not specify units of measure (e.g., EA, PG). Can the Government confirm the unit of measure for each line item and clarify which unit the quantity is associated with? Information included on Attachment 2 of the RFP For items in the PID Data where the unit of issue is listed as EA but the QUP is 25 (e.g., NIIN 01466274), should the unit of issue be interpreted as a package (PG) of 25 EA? Please clarify. Information included on Attachment 2 of the RFP
