Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0017326QTS09 is issued as an RFQ for the procurement of a Brand Name Keysight Infiniium UXR Series Oscilloscope (model UXR0404BP) and associated subcomponents, software, and support. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns due to the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) and the lack of a class waiver for NAICS 334515. All authorized Keysight resellers (large and small) are encouraged to submit quotes. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
