Description
Solicitation and all attachments shall be downloaded from Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/. Solicitation W912HV25B0008 for the FY25 AFHC PN101565 Family Housing Improvements Construction Camp Zama and SFHA (DBB). This project repairs twenty 4-bedroom units Company Grade and Warrant Officers buildings 158, 238, 373, 544, and 574 at Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA). This project also repairs fifteen 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom units for junior noncommissioned officers (JR NCO) and enlisted (ENL) grades E1 through E6 in buildings 81, 82, and 86 at Camp Zama. Please read entire solicitation for details on pre-bid conference, site visit date and time, and RFI due date and time. 18 April 2025 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the RFI due date to 16 May 2025, (2) extend the bid due date to 30 July 2025, and (3) revise the clauses and provisions to comply with Executive Orders.
