Description
This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for: The West Los Angeles VA Medical Center is seeking a vendor to provide services for a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for sterile storage cabinets used in clinical areas with temperature and humidity issues. This service must include scheduled annual preventive maintenance in accordance with a program of standard routines as recommended by each equipment manufacturer and location, based on experience, equipment application, and equipment operating hours. The goal of this service is to optimize the reliability and efficiency of the equipment and provide possible indications of excessive wear and damage before a catastrophic failure occurs. Depending on the findings, recommendations for additional services that may enhance equipment performance and/or address any other deficiencies not corrected within the scope of this agreement should be provided. The equipment covered under this service is itemized in the Mechanical Equipment List included in the service agreement. Required services are to be completed annually for PMs and as needed for any repairs. The expected performance period is a base year with two option years thereafter. Solicitation shall be issued on or about November 21, 2025, with proposals due no later than December 11, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. MST. The following NAICS code: 811210 and FSC code: J065 apply to this requirement. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. ALL SDVOSB s MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH THE GOVERNMENT. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
