Description

RFQ Amendment#004- Vendor Questions and Government Responses Finalized. To maintain the integrity of this request for quotes and subsequent award, all quoters are advised that the vendor question and/or clarification requests and government responses has been finalized and a consolidated list of all questions and responses are hereby publish via RFQ Amendment#004 in SAM.gov. The closing date of this RFQ is hereby also exended by three (3) calendar days from Tuesday November 18,2025 to Friday November 21, 2025. Prior to submitting a quote, all quoters shall review this RFQ and all amendments in its entirety to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case, shall failure to inspect the solicitation and its accompanying attachments constitute grounds for a claim after delivery order award. If an interested party takes exception to any specifications listed within the Purchase Descriptions, they must submit their questions or objections on �Attachment 3 � Technical Exceptions Worksheet� and submit thatinformation with their quote. ----------------------------END OF AMENDMENT 004------------------------------------------------------- RFQ Amendment#003- To maintain the integrity of this request for quotes and subsequent award, all quoters/vendors are advised the cut-off date for vendor questions/carifications has been extended to no later than November 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST. All questions/clarification request must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer (CO) Mark F Brown (email: mark.f.brown@gsa.gov) The CO will publish a consolidated list of all questions and responses via RFQ amendment posted in SAM.gov. The closing date of this RFQ is hereby is extended and amended to November 18,2025. Prior to submitting a quote, all quoters shall review this RFQ and all amendments in its entirety to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case, shall failure to inspect the solicitation and its accompanying attachments constitute grounds for a claim after delivery order award. To maintain the integrity of this acquisition and subsequent award, all quoters are advised that the government will not take any additional vendor questions and or request for clarifications as of the posting of this RFQ amendment#002. RFQ Amendment#002- 60 Ton RFQ quantity increase. This RFQ amendment#002 also hereby increases the acquisition quantity from 57 (each) to 60 (each) Low Bed 60 Ton Trailers. The closing date of this RFQ remains Wednesday October 29,2025. -----------------END OF AMENDMENT 002------------------ RFQ Amendment#001- To maintain the integrity of this request for quotes and subsequent award, all quoters/vendors are advised that any request for questions/carifications must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer (CO) Mark F Brown (email: mark.f.brown@gsa.gov) no later than Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The CO will publish a consolidated list of all questions and responses via RFQ amendment posted in SAM.gov. The closing date of this RFQ is hereby amended to Wednesday October 29,2025. Prior to submitting a quote, all quoters shall review this RFQ and all amendments in its entirety to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed.
