Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract IAW RFO 6.103-2, to Philips for emergency repair to proprietary equipment: INGENIA AMBITION 1.5T X, SN: 47325, at the New York Harbor Medical Center, Brooklyn Campus. The NAICS code is 811210: Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. - Ingenia Ambition 1.5T X is proprietary equipment to Philips North America, LLC. Philips North America LLC does not authorize any entity to provide service on proprietary equipment on behalf of Philips North America LLC. - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response, due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by February 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm EST. Responses shall be submitted via email to Lisa.Harris4@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
