For FY 2023 2025, was the prior contract awarded as an SDVOSB set-aside, Small Business set-aside, or Unrestricted procurement? Could you please provide the estimated annual quantity of one-way trips (loads) for FY 2023, FY 2024, and FY 2025? This information is not available; however, the solicitation includes estimated quantities in Section B.3 Rate Table. Vendors are expected to base their quotes off of the information included within the solicitation document. Could you please clarify how many miles are included in the Base Rate/Load as defined in the Rate Table section of the solicitation? The Contract Line Item for Base Rate/Loads (includes first 15 minutes of wait time) refers solely to the Contractor arriving at the destination pick-up point as scheduled and waiting for up to 15 minutes. There is no mileage included in this line item. See Section B.4 Performance Work Statement, Section 2. Rates. Is there any� incumbent/recompete or is this a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their� award number or even if the customer� bought similar services in the past.
