No other changes have occurred. This is a SOLICITATION for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N4215826QN026. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through 2026-01; effective 03/13/2026 and the DFARS Change notice 20251001. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. Vantage V6 ASME B89.4.19 Calibration This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), which has a size standard of $34 million, and PSC J066 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Instruments and Laboratory Equipment). The Small Business Office concurs with the sole source acquisition. The anticipated award will include one (1) Base Year of performance in 2026; the period of performance is estimated to begin in June 2026 and end in June 2027. Services include all labor, materials, OEM parts, calibration standards, traceability documentation, and certifications necessary to meet the Government�s technical requirements. Delivery location is NNSY, Portsmouth, Va 23709. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at https://www.sam.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C.
