Description
Maintenance and Repair Services for Stitch and Fold B3000 Booklet Maker and TrimmerThe Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services requires a comprehensive maintenance and repair service agreement for one (1) Stitch and Fold B3000 Booklet Maker and Trimmer, Serial Number 23006B3, for a period of up to sixty (60) months, consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and up to four (4) 12-month option periods. The equipment is located at:3420 D Avenue, Building 1, Door 5, Tinker AFB, OK 73145.This requirement is for a full-coverage equipment maintenance agreement consistent with commercial industry standards for print-finishing equipment.Offerors shall provide a statement that they comply with each paragraph/sub-paragraph of the SOW by completing Attachment 5 ? Performance Work Statement (PWS) Compliance Form. Or provide any exceptions on a separate attachment referencing the applicable paragraph and sub-paragraph.Submit all necessary documents for the solicitation, such as, CSS, pricing with model number and the descriptive literature, as well as any documents required by the SOW or called out in this RFP.Please see Attachments:Attachment 1 ?
