PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AREQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL This notice is issued by Norfolk NavalShipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Part 10, to provide services to touch laborservices for forklift drivers. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services required by the attachedPerformance Work Statement (PWS). All interested parties are encouraged to respond. The anticipated North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) code is 532490. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for therequired services. The Government is interested in receivingresponses from all qualified sources capable of providing the services. Large andsmall companies that have experience areencouraged to respond to this notice by Januaray 30, at 11 AM. This notice is for informational and planning purposesonly, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor willthe U.S. Government pay for information solicited. The Government will not return any information submitted, nor will theGovernment compensate any company who responds to this Notice. Proprietary information submitted will be protected,when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Company name, address, telephonenumber, CAGE code, DUNS number, point of contact (name, phone# and e-mail). If your company is a small business, pleaseidentify the socioeconomic status. 2. Explanation of the company's ability toperform 100% of the efforts required. This statement shall not reiterate or duplicate the language set forth in this notice or lan-guage from the attached DRAFT PWS. Your CAPABILITIES STATEMENT shall demonstrate your company�s ability to performthese critical tasks in their entirety. Interested sources should send requested information in a single Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)email attachment to alicia.l.almberg.civ@us.navy.mil, no later than January 30, 2026 at 11 AM. NO HARD COPY OR FACSIMILESUBMISSIONS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. Requests for a solicitation package will not be honored nor will technical point-of-contact information be provided.
