This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation announcement, invitation for bids, Request for Proposals (RFP), quotes or an indication that the United States Government (USG) will contract for or issue a contract(s) because of this notice. The USG is under no obligation to award a contract because of this notice, and solicitations are not available currently. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the USG to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP (if any is/are issued). If a solicitation is released, then it will be synopsized on the System of Award Management website, www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. USASMDC RTS is an activity of the Department of Defense (DoD) Major Range and Test Facility Base Program; the purpose of RTS is to execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space operations and experiments from the Kwajalein Atoll, in the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), and from the RTS Operations Center in Huntsville, Alabama, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry, and optical sensors to meet the needs of the DoD in defending the Nation and its interests. RTS is supported by the U.S. Army Installation Management Command and primarily operates on the U.S. Army Garrison � Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA); USAG-KA provides base operations support to RTS and all other tenant organizations.
