This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement will constitute as the only solicitation for this procurement. Solicitation number N0040626QS252 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) Brand Name OEM �Flowserve Corporation�, for the procurement of �Check Valve� part(s). Due to the OEM�s proprietary information and drawings for the requested parts, all responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency in determining whether to compete this requirement. This acquisition is set as UNRESTRICTED; not a small-business set-aside concern. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Evaluation: The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation; represents the best value to the Government. Price, delivery, technical acceptability, and past performance, will all be considered in no relative order of importance.
