Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Thermo Electron North America LLC EPA/IRA This is a service agreement for the Thermo Dionex Ion Chromatograph System Coverage Start Date: June 15, 2026 Coverage End Date: June 14, 2027 Notice of Intent to Sole Source for service plan contract agreement for Thermo Electorn North America, LLC for a service maintenance plan for the Dionex Integrion Ion Chromatography instrument system. Period of Performance 06/15/2026 � 06/14/2027. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Thermo Electorn North America, LLC for maintenance service that is required on the following: Eluent Generator, AS-AP Autosampler, Detector Compartment (Dual Temperature Z), Dual Pump (Analytical Isocratic), PROD, INTEGRION, RFIC,DEGAS, OVEN, TEC, AS-AP Autosampler, Variable Wavelength Detector, PROD, KIT, CD, INTEGRION, INTG, PROD, SP, STD, Quat, DGAS, ICS6. Period of Performance 06/15/2026 � 06/14/2027 because failure to procure a service plan from Thermo Electorn North America, LLC will directly impede the NETL laboratory operation of the Dionex Integrion Ion Chromatography instrument system and the ability to ensure research projects have accurate results when using these instruments. This notice of intent is not a request or quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the NETL requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by 1300 PM ED on 06/04/2026. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist Lauren Page, via email at Lauren.Page@netl.doe.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
