Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Air Field (HAAF), Georgia to select a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to support sustainment, renovation and modernization construction services to installation facilities and components throughout the US Army�s Fort Stewart and Hunter Amy Air Field (HAAF) area in the state of Georgia. This overall goal of this contract is to provide the Garrison Commander and the DPW the capability to provide timely and quality sustainment, renovation and modernization construction support services for the facilities and components which support Ft. Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220; Product Service Code (PSC) Z2JZ, Repair of Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings with a small business size standard of $45 million. Contract Type: This requirement will be awarded as a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ), firm fixed-price (FFP) contract. Competition Status: This solicitation will be a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Value: Maximum Estimated Contract Value is $97,500,000.00. Period of Performance: 5-year ordering period. Solicitation: W5168W26RA008 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation Release: MICC-IRC intends to issue the solicitation on or about 2 April 2026. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)" TO BE SUBMITTED. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO INFORMATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS NOTICE. RESPONSES WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE RESPONDER. NOT RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE DOES NOT PRECLUDE PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) OR INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) OR RFP, IF ANY ISSUED. IF A SOLICITATION IS RELEASED, IT WILL BE POSTED TO SAM.GOV. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.
