Agency-Wide Hexagon MSC Renewal

Description

NASA Headquarters has a requirement for Hexagon MSC software products. NASA Information Technology (IT) Procurement Office (ITPO) intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from ImmixTechnology, Inc at 8444 Westpark DR STE 200 McLean, Virginia 22102-5102 under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i). It has been determined that ImmixTechnology, Inc is the sole provider of this requirement. The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to caitlin.m.poulton@nasa.gov not later than 4:00 PM CT on February 21, 2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
