Amendment 0002 to RFP W519TC-25-R-0034 is hereby provided to incorporate the changes/revisions associated with the Comments/Questions and Answers documents posted to SAM.gov on January 6, 2026 and January 16, 2026. In addition, RFP Attachment 0001, Small Caliber Second Source Price Matrix and RFP Attachment 0002, Economic Price Adjustment (EPA)/Nitrocellulose (NC) Content Factors and EPA/NC Calculation Worksheets (both dated January 8, 2026) are incorporated and replace previous versions.
