Description

2nd Marine Expeditionary Force has a requirement for High Risk Traveler training for up to 20 Marines for an upcoming deployment. The course is required to take place from March 3 � March 13, 2026. The service provides training in multiple skills required for personnel to operate independently or in small teams during low-profile, long-duration overseas assignments where there is a high risk of kidnapping, assault, or terrorist targeting. See attached Performance Work Statement for details. When submitting quotes, please ensure to follow 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors as stated in the attached RFQ. Question and Answers can be submitted until January 27th at 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). 20260128 Conclusion of Changes to the PWS after question and answer period: Place of performance range is now up to 850 miles. The minimum amount of ammunition is now 500 rounds per person, per day. There will be no simulated ammunition (blanks), all ammunition will be live rounds.
