Description

This is a request for information (RFI) only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will require the acquisition of services described in the attachments of this RFI. The Contracting Officer (CO) does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the RFI and your response. Further, neither CBP nor the Federal Government will be responsible for any contractor costs incurred in providing the requested information contained in this RFI. Contractors responding to the RFI are solely responsible for all the expenses associated with their responses. This RFI is conducted solely for the purpose of market research. All information received resulting from this RFI will be used by CBP for acquisition planning and market research purposes only. Information received will be used for CBP internal use only. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted in Microsoft Word. Responses are due no later than 1500 Washington DC time on November 24, 2025. Responses shall be submitted in writing via e-mail only to the Contract Specialist, Travis L. McMillan, at travis.l.mcmillan@cbp.dhs.gov. Proprietary information, if there is any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked as proprietary and separated; all submissions will be Government property and will not be returned.
