Description
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform the grounds maintenance services at Conant Brook Dam Project Area, Monson, MA. The Conant Brook Dam area includes approximately 8.5 acres of biweekly maintenance areas and approximately 6.3 acres of annual mowing areas. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
