Description

AMMENDMENT 1 (17Mar2026): Added Questions&Answers sheet (MULE QnA) for questions recieved from Vendors and answered by the End User. Quotes Due Date revised to 20 March 2026 at 1200hours, to give vendors enough time to revise their quotes. The 718th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, requires Quarterly and Annual Maintenance on each of their Four (4) Gator Kawasaki UTV's on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Services include all parts, labor, and materials necessary to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance will be a one-year base period with four (4) subsequent one-year option periods, exercisable at the Government's discretion. Award Basis: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). A quotation will be determined "Technically Acceptable" if the vendor provides the information requested below. The award will then be made to the technically acceptable vendor who submitted the lowest total price (calculated as the sum of the base year plus all option years). Quotation Instructions: To be considered, your quotation must include: Price: A firm-fixed price for the base year and each of the four option years. Technical Capability: A brief description of your company�s experience repairing vehicles or similar equipment.
