Description
This Request for Quotation Solicitation is 100% Set-aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation will result in purchase order contract. This is a non-personnel services requirement to provide USACE, Seattle District, NavigationSection, a back-up crane vessel to fill in for the M/V PUGET. Primary tasks include the collection offloating debris within Puget Sound and its Tributary Waters and removing/installing equipment within thesmall lock and dams at Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and applicable licenses and permits necessary for crane services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in the solicitation document provided except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Collected debris is to be off-loaded onto Government barges located at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, 3015 NW 54th St., Seattle, WA 98107. Crane services need to occur at this locationand may occur throughout Puget Sound.WA 98107. Please refer to the attached solicitation document for all response requirements.
