SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. a. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting offers or proposals at this time. b. This Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not currently seeking offers or proposals and will not accept unsolicited offers or proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. c. This Sources Sought is to identify sources that can provide subject requirement at Travis AFB, CA. The information provided in the Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Travis AFB has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. 2. Set-Asides: a. Anticipated Set-Aside Strategy: The Government is currently conducting Market research only. This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including socioeconomic subset categories). 3. Anticipated Codes for Supplies or Services: a. Product Service Code (PSC): 5835 - Sound Recording and Reproducing Equipment b. NAICS Code: 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance 4. Description of Requirement a. Clear and Concise Description of Supplies or Services: Service Title: Airfield Management Telephone Recording System Brief Description: The 60th Operations Support Squadron at Travis Air Force Base requires a turnkey telephone voice recording solution to record mandated communication lines 24/7 for operational integrity and incident investigations. The contractor shall provide, install, and configure a complete Brand Name Only Eventide Communications LLC NexLog 740 DX FIPS Rel. 4.0 (TN 2235702) telephone recording system that is fully operational upon completion. The full and detailed Statement of Work (SOW) included as an attachment to this notice. b. Procedures for Response: RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE: Business name and address Name of company representative and their business title Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable) Unique Entity ID (UEI) Cage Code Capability package demonstrating ability to perform the required services Vendors who wish to respond to this should send responses via email no later than 20 July 2026 by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to both POCs listed.
