Description

This procurement is for grounds maintenance, snow removal and ice removal in accordance with this request for quotation (RFQ) and the statement of work (SOW). Supplier quotations will be provided in three separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. Information regaring prior award 70B03C23P00000345 is available via www.SAM.gov (www.FPDS.gov) and www.USASPENDING.gov. FAR 52.237-1, Site Visit (APR 1984), is incorporated in this solicitation. One (1) Site Visit, not mandatory, will be scheduled for potential offerors. Contact Mike Desrosiers, (586) 612-4127, michel.j.desrosiers@cbp.dhs.gov, if interested in attending the Site Visit. The three parts, as separate documents, are: 1) Technical Quotation a) A brief explanation of offeror�s ability to satisfy the statement of work and prior experience. 2) Pricing Matrix attached to this solicitation (complete and return as an Excel spreadsheet), and 3) Signed copy of 70B03C26Q00000102 (Page 1, Block 17 and Block 30 of SF 1449). In order to document compliance with FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), your quotation response must include your organization's unique entity identifier (UEI) from www.SAM.gov. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror�s initial proposal should contain the offeror�s best price and delivery, plus include a complete and concise technical quotation. Award will be made via Best Value Trade Off. Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offer. Award may be made to other than the best technically evaluated offer. Please provide your quotation by April 23, 2026 at 3 PM MST.
