The Government proposes to acquire a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ( IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the following: NSN: 2910-01-476-2352 Part Number: 13502655 Name: Governor Electronic Min Quantity: 220 Max Quantity: 500 Weapon System: M-DP Avenger Missile System Test Required (and Type): None THIS ITEM IS SOLE SOURCED TO MARVIN LAND SYSTEMS; CAGE CODE 064H2 The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. EXPORT CONTROL REQUIRES THE APPLICABLE CERTIFICATIONS TO BE CURRENT FOR BOTH THE QUOTER AND MANUFACTURER.
