***Amendment 0002 - The solicitation due date and time have been extended to April 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. Changes have been made to the Statement of Work. Attachment 1, Attachment 3 , and Attachment 4 dated April 1, 2026 have been revised accordingly and attached in this announcement. A signed copy of this amendment shall be provided at the time of quote submission. ***Amendment 0001 - Questions and Answers are provided in the attached amendment. A signed copy of this amendment shall be provided a the time of quote submission. The quote due date has not been extended. *** The USDA Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service located in Rowan County, Salisbury, NC USDA Service Center requires a short-term rental for office space. Please see Attachment 3 - Statement of Work and Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for additional information. Anticipated period of performance is March 30, 2026- March 29, 2027 with four possible option years.
