Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for barge transportation services from Naha Military Port to Kubura Port with material handling support and ground transportation. Please refer to the attached solicitation and performance work statement (PWS) for details. **Amendment 1 Posted - Changing the Period of Performance/Dates and soliciation close date. See Revised PWS and RFQ Amendment** **Amendment 2 Posted - There are no known prohibitions by the U.S. Government from the Japanese Ministry of Defense (MOD) or Japanese Self Defense Force (JSDF) that would prevent vendors from doing work, or quoting for work, to be performed under this RFQ**
