Amendment 0001 **POSTPONEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT** Due to the Government shutdown, the AT-USA Industry Day previously scheduled for 07 October 2025 is postponed until further notice. Future information regarding the Industry Day will be provided via amendments to this special notice. If you have questions, please contact the points of contact listed in Section III of the original announcement. Advanced Technology for Undersea Sonar using AI/ML (AT-USA) I. INTRODUCTION In accordance with ONR�s Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (LR BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology (S&T), N0001425SB001, the Ocean Battlespace Sensing Department (Code 32) is seeking qualified industry members to participate in a classified (SECRET) meeting to describe the technical challenges of the Advanced Technology for Undersea Sonar using Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) (AT-USA) Tech Candidate. This S&T effort aims to explore the application of AI/ML technology to the sonar signal processing chain and to mature promising algorithms for potential transition into future naval applications, including submarine, surface, sonobuoys, fixed surveillance, mobile surveillance, and post-mission analysis. Please note: White papers and full proposals are NOT being requested at this time. II. INDUSTRY DAY ONR intends to host, by invitation only, a CLASSIFIED Industry Day on 7 October 2025 at ProteQ in Herndon, VA for those who meet the below listed minimum requirements. Minimum qualifications for participation: Company/Corporation must hold an active Facilities Clearance to receive, store, generate and process classified information up to and including SECRET. Company/Corporation must have demonstrated expertise in sonar signal processing and AI/ML technology development. Company/Corporation must possess technically qualified individuals capable of developing AI/ML technology for sonar applications. Note: This announcement is neither a contract, nor a request for proposal, nor a promise to contract, nor a commitment of any kind. The Government assumes no liability for costs incurred by any participant for travel or participation. The Industry Day will be held at the following location: ProteQ 2325 Dulles Corner Blvd (Suite 725) Herndon, VA 20171 Industry members interested must submit an unclassified two-page request to participate that establishes the Company/Corporation qualification to meet the above listed minimum requirements no later than 17:00 EST on 23 September 2025 to the points of contact listed in the following section. Due to space limitations, no more than three attendees per organization will be allowed. The Government also reserves the right to limit further if necessary due to space limitations.
