Amendment A0001 issued on 10/15/25 to add Attachment 7 RFI document, Attachment 8 F8914211-TABb, Attachment 9 FB267450-TABb, and Attachment 10 FB230161-0001e. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Due date for receipt of quotes is unchanged. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires 4 units of 8 element cable kits PN: 100041599 in accordance with the statement of work and 1 14 element cable kit PN: 100041600 in accordance with the statement of work. First article may be required of the full cable kits in accordance with the statement of work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort is NAICS 334290, Other communications Equipment Manufacturing, 800 people is the small business size standard. Please read the attached Solicitation in its entirety. Follow the instructions outlined in Section L for submitting a responsive proposal and Section M for the Evaluation Factors and Criteria. Please include the solicitation number 6973GH-25-Q-00197 in the subject line of all email correspondence as indicated in Section L of the SIR. Proposals are due by EMAIL ONLY to Haylee.p.hildebrand@faa.gov by October 23, 2025, 2:00 PM, Central Time. All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.SAM.gov. Per the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), clause 3.3.1-33 System for Award Management (SAM), paragraph (b)(1) �By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.�
