The Embassy of the United States of America has a requirement to purchase a new diplomatic vehicle, that fulfills the following criteria: AWD / 4x4 capable automatic SUV with a Diesel engine Engine block heater or equivalent cold weather starting aid Minimum 150 kW power and 500 Nm torque Height not to exceed 2.6m and width not to exceed 2.2m. Ground clearance minimum 20cm Minimum 5-passenger configuration, 6/7-passenger only if 3rd row is foldable Minimum cargo volume 1900 liters with the rear seats folded down Driver assistance package with rear parking camera 12V power outlet at front passenger area Smartphone integration or built in navigation system 2 sets of tires with air pressure monitor sensors: 1 set studded winter tires / 1 set all-terrain summer tires Delivery within 6 months Quotes and possible questions must be submitted to helsinkiprocurement@state.gov by Monday February 25, 2026, at noon. The successful bidder must be registered to the System for Award Management at SAM.gov if the estimated value of the order is $30,000.00 or above.
