THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT � FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine availability and capability of qualified businesses. Responses to this notice will be used for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research only. Depending on market research and other influences, the NAF Procurement Office anticipates issuing a solicitation for this project around late March 2026. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses and the Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. We are seeking qualified sources for the potential to be added to our bidders list. Below is a brief synopsis of the work being performed. This is a facility assessment to identify areas of failing infrastructure. Interested general contractors shall submit their capability statement electronically, limited to five pages, which includes the required questionnaire. The capability statement shall be sufficient in detail to allow the Government to determine the organization's related qualifications to perform the work. Project: Seeking General Contractor to assess the current state of a dining facility. This requirement entails assessment and provision of cost elements to repair the external, internal, and equipment of a dining facility type business in Schriever AFB. This assessment will focus on the development of a comprehensive plan for revitalizing, repairing, and modifying building systems, finishes and layout, with the aim of transforming the dining facility into a modern, efficient and updated space. A solicitation package which will include the construction documents will be provided once qualified sources have been selected to bid on this project. Firms interested in this effort must fill out the Past Performance Questionnaire attached as part of the 5-page limit, demonstrating recent experience completing at least three (3) similar projects with three references to include contact information, which shall include a description of their experience(s) on the projects noted. A similar project is defined as a project similar in size, scope, type and complexity demonstrating a capacity to perform. To be considered similar in size, the projects should range between $25,000 and $100,000 for facility assessments. Recent is defined as work completed in the past 3 years. Vendors who do not send the required information, or who fail to meet the requirements identified in this Sources Sought, may not be invited to participate in the resultant opportunity. Interested Offerors shall respond to the Sources Sought no later than 4:00 pm Central Standard Time on Monday, March 23, 2026, via email to Nicholas Gamero at nicholas.gamero@us.af.mil. Subject line of the email shall appear as follows: Schriever SFB Dining Facility Assessment Sources Sought Response. Oral communications, telecommunications and faxed inquiries or comments are NOT acceptable as a response to this Notice. Only email responses will be accepted.
