This is a SOLICITATION for commercial product prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0040626QS244 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Bearing, Stave. This acquisition is being conducted on a Sole Source basis. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This procurement is issued on an unrestricted basis. This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with DURAMAX MARINE LLC. per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12, Commercial Products and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
