Description
Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart DEVIATION 6.103-1(b), the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has determined the procurement of Mobile Xray services for the Federal Medical Center (FMC), (hereinafter referred to as �institution�), located in Fort Worth, Texas, 76119 meets the criteria for other than full and open competition.
