Page 2 of 2 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE STRATTON VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 113 HOLLAND AVE, ALBANY, NY 12208 WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER 2, 2025, FOR THE ALBANY VAMC FURNISH & INSTALL ENTRANCE/SECURITY DOORS AT 8C, 9D & 10C PROJECT. The Stratton VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York is requesting a contract to provide all labor and materials to furnish, install and rework Security/Entrance doors at the following location: 8C: New Gypsum Wall Board (GWB) wall with swinging wood double doors with vison lights & access control. 9D: Relocate storefront door system from 10D and add missing door to system. 10C: Existing storefront door with side light system, must have door with opposite swing. New door inset to be provided. New window film to be included. This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $45.0 Million. The magnitude of construction per FAR Part 36.204 is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation materials consisting of the Information for Bid Details, Specifications, Drawings and Contract Forms will be available on beta.SAM.gov in electronic format only.
