Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, intends to issue a solicitation 15B10226Q00000004 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 01, 2026, through March 31, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, PO BOX 888 State Route 716, Ashland, KY 41105. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 4, 2025, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The bids are to be received no later than November 12, 2025, at 12:00pm est. Delivery will not be accepted sooner than January 01, 2026. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212?3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
