Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24726Q0190 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Fort McPherson VA Clinic, 1701 Hardee Avenue SW, Atlanta, GA 30310, to perform the pre-installation HVAC system repair/adjustment, installation, air balancing, and post-installation commissioning of the two (2) ownership-provided lab cabinets in Rooms 2A130 and 2A138 , Exclusions: Electrical services and temporary HVAC equipment. Coordination Requirements: Contractor must coordinate with VA Engineering and the Building Management System (BMS) team for calibration and control adjustments. This acquisition is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334512 is assigned to this requirement with a small business size standard of 650 employees. The FSC/PSC is N065. The performance work statement, line-item descriptions, quantities, period of performance, applicable terms and conditions, and instructions to offerors are all specified in the attachments. Interested parties are encouraged to review this entire solicitation, including all attachments before responding to this solicitation.
