Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with The Supply Cache for the Firefighter�s clothing, supplies and tools for BIA, Navajo Region, Fort Defiance � Wildland Fire under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered regarding this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 339999. If a firm believes that the BIA should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 14:00 p.m. MDT on May 08, 2026.
