The Department of Veterans Affairs Buffalo VAMC intends to award a Sole Source open market action contract for the purchase of bulk Corian Lava Drift solid surface sheets. Name of Contractor: Parksite, LLC Street Address: 1563 Hubbard Ave City, State, Zip: Batavia, IL 60510 The Buffalo VA Medical Center is seeking a bulk order of Solid Surface manufactured by Corian to be delivered to the Buffalo and Batavia VA Medical Center. This is a brand name only requirement to be manufactured by Corian with the following dimensions: Quantity Thickness Width Length Description Location 25 1/2 in. 60 in. 144 in. Lavadrift Corian Sheet LVD 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 25 1/2 in. 60 in. 144 in. Lavadrift Corian Sheet LVD 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020 This is a sole source procurement because the OEM (Dupont) has only allowed distribution within this territory by Parksite. No other vendors possess an LOA for distribution. The continuity of the exact items will seamlessly match those already in place in both facilities.
