Description

This contract action was not awarded competitively. The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis to CompuCom, Inc. because the requirement is for proprietary commercial software and hardware maintenance for OpenText ApplicationXtender/WebXtender software and associated Kodak i2900 scanners. CompuCom, Inc. is the only authorized reseller and maintenance provider for these products in the applicable geographic region and controls access to the proprietary support tools, software updates, and license management required to maintain system operability.
