Description
Work consists of removal and replacement of all street lights, poles, and concrete bases in Matador Manor. The work shall also include new circuits, conduits, conductors, disconnects on pedestals, and connections to existing transformers. Conduits shall be installed by directional drilling. The project NAICS code 237130 with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00. The estimated project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Project Site Visit: As specified in FAR Clause 52.236-27 (Alt I), a site visit will be held on 08 January 2026 at 1:00 pm MST in the 341st Contracting Squadron Auditorium (located at 7015 Goddard Drive, Bldg. 145, Malmstrom AFB, MT, 59402). All interested parties must be able to access a federal installation in order to attend the site visit. If you do not currently have the ability to access to a federal installation, please fill out, sign, and submit a Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) (Attachment 8) to the contracting personnel identified in Box 7 no later than 30 December 2025.
