Description
The Government is conducting market research to identify and assess commercially available alternatives to Lucidchart Gov in support of Platform One (P1) Product Support Management Office (PMO) and Platform One Customer Experience (P1CE) mission requirements. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes to evaluate industry capabilities, available technologies, and potential solutions that can provide enterprise-level visual collaboration, process mapping, workflow engineering, systems architecture diagramming, and customer experience design support within a Government security-compliant environment. The Government seeks to identify solutions capable of meeting operational requirements including collaborative diagramming, workflow visualization, process standardization, systems integration mapping, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise scalability while supporting security, compliance, and mission continuity requirements. Responses to this RFI will assist the Government in determining the availability of qualified sources, evaluating alternative capabilities, and informing future acquisition strategy decisions. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government to award a contract.
