Pre-Solicitation Notice W9128F26QA015 Big Bend Refuse Collection on Big Bend Project Corps of Engineers lands On or about 18 February 2026, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Big Bend Refuse Collection on Big Bend Project. The solicitation will close on or about 23 March 2026. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide refuse collection services at Big Bend Project. Services include furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment and supplies necessary for the collection and disposal of refuse from the Big Bend Project at locations shown on the attached maps and as described herein. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance-based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. Period of Performance: Base year 1-year, With 3 one-year optional periods (With inactive periods) The above project description is for information only. Project scope of work is subject to change. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 562111 � Solid Waste Collection, with a size standard for Small Business of $47M. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 562111 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.
