Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Page 1 of 2 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Health Indiana, Northern Indiana Health Care System in accordance with RFO 6.302-1, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hamhed, LLC, for Six (6) Month Bridge Janitorial Services JWC. NAICS 561210 applies, the small business size standard is $47 million. Contractor shall provide a comprehensive janitorial services for The Jackie Walorski VA Clinic. May 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm EDT on April 7, 2026. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be emailed to Courtney.Seevers@va.gov.
