Description
Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox draft solicitation for Transition Assistance Program (TAP) services is being released to provide early engagement with industry and gather valuable insights from potential offerors. Feedback provided will be reviewed and potentially utilized to help refine this requirement and develop a comprehensive and effective final request for proposal (RFP). This draft RFP is not a formal solicitation, no contract will be awarded based on responses to this draft and the notice will not obligate the government for any costs associated with responses. We encourage potential offerors to review the draft RFP and all the attachments. Interested parties are encouraged to review the draft RFP and attachments and provide feedback and comments by 20 May 2026 via email to the contracting officer, Katie Paben (katie.e.paben.civ@army.mil) AND the contract specialist, Samara Johnson (samara.e.johnson.civ@army.mil). The scope of the requirement may change at time of formal solicitation. This draft solicitation does not constitute a request for proposals. Any proposals submitted in response to this draft solicitation will not be accepted, opened, or reviewed. Dates mentioned in the solicitation will be updated at issue of formal solicitation. The Government reserves the right to issue, or not issue, and/or revise the formal solicitation following this draft and any feedback received.
