Description
The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 2,000 usable square feet of retail space located at Chesapeake, VA and within the radius shown below: North: Western Branch North South: Western Branch South East: Alexander Corner West: HWY664 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION: Ashlyn Wharton by email at Ashlyn.K.Wharton@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 pm EST on 25 June 2026. This solicitation will terminate immediately if funds do not become available by the due date of this notice.
