The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Pittsburgh VAMC, Pittsburgh, PA 15240 has a brand name only requirement for Ozaki Sterilized Kits. The following items are required: Item # Description Quantity JD005LS1 Sterilized Large Sizers option (31, 33, 35mm) for adult patients 2 JD005CK1 Single-use AVNeo Common Kit 6 Salient Characteristics Template for reproducibility and precision, must have assorted cusp sizes. Glutaraldehyde tray and plate for pericardium treatment. Tri-compartment petri-dish to maintain the treated, trimmed cusps before use. Tyvek Cutting Sheet. Standard, small and large-type sizers. Enables precision trimming of the cusps and guiding of suturing and commissure reinforcement.
